100 BEST ADOPTION-FRIENDLY WORKPLACES

Each year, the Foundation announces a list of the employers with the best adoption benefits in the nation. Rankings are based on the amount of financial reimbursement and paid leave for employees who adopt. Honorees include the top 100, the top ten by size and the top five in each industry. The 2007 Winner: Citizen's Financial Group!

Based in Providence, Rhode Island, Citizens offered the most financial reimbursement in the nation in 2007 ($20,960 per adoption) and one week of paid leave for employees who adopt.
