Video: Toles Family (New York City) 4 minute

Joe Toles grew up in foster care and aged out of the system when he was 21 years old. “Statistically, I should be in jail, or I could be dead,” he says. “But that’s not my destiny.” Committed to creating a home base for children who didn’t have one, Joe adopted his first of seven sons from foster care in 2010. Four of his sons were adopted through the Foundation’s Wendy’s Wonderful Kids program in New York City. Read his story and watch.
