The Foundation honors companies with the best adoption benefits for employees by announcing the top 100, the best small, medium and large employers and the leaders of each industry. Meet the winners for 2009!Complete our online survey by April 1, 2010 to be celebrated on our web site and registered for next year's list.

Adoption Benefits Survey

If your organization offers adoption benefits, let us tell the world you are adoption-friendly. We recognize and celebrate all employers with adoption benefits on our web site and honor the nation's best with our annual Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces List. It's easy to participate. Simply complete our two-minute survey online, by phone, by mail or via email. 

Employers and Benchmarks

The Foundation celebrates all adoption-friendly employers by posting a complete list of every employer who has completed our adoption benefits survey.  We also provide benchmarks, with the company's permission, about specific adoption benefits offered by employers of a specified size, state or industry.
