How Robins & Morton Supported Justin’s Adoption Journey

Adoption was always on Justin and Lacie’s hearts, even before they met in college. Justin saw the impact of adoption at an early age because his father was adopted by his grandparents.

Before they began dating, Justin discussed his desire to adopt with Lacie. He felt it was important for her to understand what the Lord had laid on his heart. To his surprise, Lacie shared the same desire to one day answer God’s call to adoption.

Justin shared that benefits provided by his employer, Robins & Morton, set them apart from many organizations and made all the difference as he welcomed his son through adoption.

It is hard to truly express what it means for your employer to support your adoption efforts, but I think it communicates that they truly care about you as an individual and as a leader of your family outside of your professional career and obligations. There is also continued support from the Robins & Morton family through the post-adoption process, and for this, my wife and I are eternally grateful.”

Justin added, “Our son is almost 14 months old and is such a joy and blessing to our family. We brought him home two days after birth, and he has remained with us ever since. There have been some unique challenges, but with support from Robins & Morton and our local church community, we have been able to provide him with the support he needs to thrive.”
